Join us for an evening of embodied intuitive movement, a guided seated meditation, reflective journaling, and a sound bath inspired by each month’s astrological element.
Movement exercises will include stretching, shaking, body tapping, and self-guided dance to allow our bodies to find and follow its intuitive flow. A guided grounding meditation will bring presence to the stillness and emptiness that the new moon offers. Journaling prompts and oracle cards will be provided to invite participants to reflect and set intentions for the month to come, and we will close with a 30 minute sound bath using multiple instruments inspired by each month’s astrological element (fire, wind, earth, or water).
Wear clothing you can move freely in and bring your journal and favorite pen.
