Friends, oh my excitement, as we stand on the threshold of the Spring Equinox and the powerful September New Moon, we are gifted a moment to first create space and then step into the energy of renewal, growth, and fresh beginnings.It is in the purest of joy that Jess and Renee join together for an evening designed to gently cleanse the old, awaken your spirit, and prepare you to step into your next chapter with clarity and intention.
We will begin with a gentle guided relaxation to ground and centre you, followed by a deep energy cleanse to release what no longer serves. You will then be immersed in a symphony of sound – the rhythmic heartbeat of the drum, the resonance of singing bowls, and the delicate tones of tuning forks – weaving together to shift and uplift your energy.
Reiki energy will flow throughout the session, amplifying the healing vibrations and supporting you in aligning with the potent gateway of the Equinox and New Moon.
As always, extra magic & happiness is likely to unfold. We invite you to bring a journal as there will be space to journal with a cuppa at the end if you wish.
The energy of this event feels like the activation of a new timeline - as we leave the studio, we do so...... vibrating in the frequency of what is & what will be, space & freedom within..... soul dancing.
