Join us at Harbour Hotel Brighton to welcome the new moon with a floating sound bath and complimentary spa access on Tuesday 17th of February from 6.30pm to 8.30pm for only £55 per person.
A new moon brings new beginnings, and there's no better way to channel this than with some time to decompress in our spa with access to the main pool, hydrotherapy pool, bubbling Scandinavian hot tubs, sauna and steam room, followed by a deeply relaxing floating sound bath.
When you arrive, you'll sip on a comforting herbal tea and head to the subterranean spa for an hour of unwinding beneath the new moon. Your experience then deepens with a 60-minute floating sound bath, where you’ll be gently held by the water and immersed in soothing vibrations that support deep rest and nervous system reset.
A self-heating eye mask is provided to encourage warmth, comfort, and inward focus as you drift into stillness.
Robes and towels are provided. As your body fully relaxes during the floating sound bath, you may feel cooler than usual. We recommend bringing additional layers you don’t mind getting wet for added comfort.
As you leave, you’ll receive a mini gift to take home, allowing you to continue your spa experience long after the evening ends.

Due to the nature of this event, all participants must be able to swim and be comfortable getting on and off a floating air bed, with the support of our staff.
