$NEW MOON ENERGY HEART OPENING WORKSHOP\t$

We will use a combination of a heart opening yoga sequence, meditation, and individual/group intention setting activities that promote reflection and creativity to challenge self-limiting beliefs and engage in the processes of self-love and self-care. Where are you feeling stuck in your life? How might you use the new moon in order to manifest new beginnings, intention setting, and manifestation? This workshop will allow us to reflect, clear out old energy, and plant "seeds" for what you want to bring into your life during the upcoming lunar cycle. The Workshop will include deep relaxation through a restorative practice, an energy circle, and an intention setting practice.
