Following our intention-setting, immerse yourself in a captivating sound bath experience, where the harmonious tones will wash over you, enveloping you in a cocoon of healing vibrations.
Sound baths are an ancient form of healing and deep meditation; they include various ambient sounds and frequencies playing in a space where you can hear and experience their vibrations moving over and through you.
Everyone’s experience will be different; unique as you are, and according to what is needed most at the time.
The sound bath lasts approximately 45-60 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself time to set up and prepare. We will provide a yoga mat, bolster, pillow, eye cover and blanket. There are also two chairs available for those who choose to sit. Please bring anything else you need to be comfortable.
