Join Nancy for this 2-hour workshop, welcoming the new lunar cycle through personal reflection, self-discovery and intention. Moon circles are rituals that have been experienced throughout history and cultures. You can expect to enjoy a short gentle asana flow, guided meditation, chanting and intention setting.You will create new commitments to yourself and invite universal forces to conspire with you to manifest what serves your soul. You will leave with tools to help you set intentions and manifest desired results each month.
A New Moon Ritual packet will be provided. Bring your favorite pens, pencils or markers. Also feel free to bring any stones or special items for the altar.
