About this Event
Join us on Wednesday, January 29th, for our first New Moon Circle! The evening will include a holistic practice of reflection, alignment, and restoration through somatic exercises, meditation, and yin yoga.
The new moon is a powerful time for setting intentions and planting seeds of manifestation. It marks the beginning of the lunar cycle and symbolizes new beginnings, fresh energy, and potential growth. Just as the moon waxes and wanes, our lives also go through cycles of expansion and contraction. The new moon provides an opportunity to realign ourselves with our inner desires and plant seeds for future growth.
