About this Event
You are invited to gather with Cynthia Bernard, ATX Yoga Girl and Meg Sylvester to welcome the new moon in Cancer at Casa de Luz Village (Synergy Room.)
To harness the power of this new moon energy, Meg will be guiding us through a gentle series of mindful movement and breathwork to amplify intentions while releasing old stagnant patterns.
These sessions combine and integrate high vibrational energy and sacred sound healing modalities led by Cynthia using Crystal Quartz bowls, Alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls and various instruments.
We can’t wait to co-create this sacred space with you supporting one another. No experience necessary.
Bring your own mat, cozy blanket or anything else you need to be comfortable (you will be lying down for the sound bath portion.)
