Deep meditative class to call your best self forward.
Class consists of:
• Relaxing light stretches and breathing
• Chakra Soundbath
• Violet Flame and Reiki healing
• Intention setting
• Deep rest
Classes are held in person and on Zoom. Classes will also be recorded and sent out to those enrolled, so even if you can’t make it, you can still take the class at a later time.
