Come explore movement of your mind, body and spirit during this outdoor event cohosted with the magnetic Odaly Tineo of OT Wealthness. ?We will explore a unique blend of yoga-infused dance movements, warming up your body, awakening your spirit, and clearing your mind. Everyone will be given sound healing instruments to incorporate into your movements as your soul awakens to your own internal rhythms.
Chanting while you play a sound healing instrument is available for anyone wishing to participate. We have more things in store for you as well. ?
Afterwards, you will enjoy a sound bath filled with the vibrations & frequencies of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, & rattles to restore balance in your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual biofields and chakras.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, warm socks, water bottle and comfort items to accommodate your needs.
A Hydration Station will be setup for your enjoyment. ?
Due to the investment of setup time, procurement of supplies/refreshments, and the possibility of turning people away from a sold out class, refunds/credits are not available for last minute cancellations. However, if you provide a minimum 24 hour notice, cancellations will allow a credit that can be applied towards a future weekly class, event, a private session, or a workshop. ?
