Each month’s class draws upon the unique energetics of the current moon, offering a supportive container for reflection, embodied release, and gentle recalibration. This is a practice of returning—to your body, your breath, and your inner knowing—away from the noise of the outer world. This class is designed to meet you exactly where you are, and guide you on a journey of remembering your power and reconnecting with your inner wisdom.
Your Instructor. Mariah Frye Mariah Frye is the founder of Stone Turtle Yoga, as well as a nature-based Montessori primary school in Roscommon, Michigan. Her teaching style is grounded, warm and direct, and she helps students free the flow of Prana (life force) through alignment, extension and breath within the asanas and movements. She has taught well over a thousand yoga classes, and continues to be humbled and deeply nourished by her students, community, children, friends, family, teachers, nature, and the mysteries of Life!
