As we enter the new moon sky, we come together in ceremony between body and breath, creating a bridge from our roots to our hearts. These moments are opportunities to anchor greater health and resilience into the blueprints of our nervous systems and energy fields. To cultivate a deeper sense of vitality and resourcefulness, we must pause and reflect on the ways we have been honoring our sacred temples—and the ways we have not. Breathwork helps us access clarity through the window of our soul, allowing us to decode the images and sensations revealed by the body and use that information in a tangible, concise way.By clearing old, outdated conditions in the psyche and neurological pathways, we can recommit intentionally to the dream seeds our spirit came here to sow. Together, we’ll honor the shifts ahead of us that organically arise when we recommit, using the fiery energy of the new moon in Sagittarius to burn away cords of unhealthy habits, addictions, and attachments. This creates space for what we truly wish to carry forward, with awareness, curiosity, and openness to whatever renewal is needed.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release in a safe and supportive environment. Through full rhythmic breathing, the conscious mind softens, allowing us to tune into our body wisdom to heal current stress, past wounds.
The workshop begins with a guided meditation and sharing exercise to help participants identify what needs to shift/heal in their lives and their intentions for the session. You will then find a comfortable position lying down and guided through the Breathwork for 35-40 minutes, all set to a cosmic soundtrack, and ending with deep relaxation. During the final phase of the workshop, gather in a circle and share experiences and if called to, Krista will answer any questions about Breathwork.
