In this workshop you will experience various Breathwork practices woven together in a beautiful flow with music that takes you to a place of pure peace and bliss. We will also set intentions and take time for reflection with delicious ceremonial cacao.
This event is perfectly timed with the New Moon — the ideal moment to dream big and plant seeds in alignment with your True Self.

- Introduction to Breathwork from Victoria, Master Breathwork Instructor: To make sure you feel completely comfortable, Victoria will provide an introduction to Breathwork: what it is, the science behind how and why it works, how it can benefit you, and what to expect during the session.
- Learn Practical Breathing Tools: Learn simple, effective Breathwork techniques that you can take with you to improve performance, reduce the risk of burnout, and create a sense of calm in your everyday life.
- Cacao Ceremony: Take time to reflect and set intentions with sacred ceremonial cacao and the energy of the new moon.
- Balanced Breathwork Flow: Victoria's signature Breathwork Flow blends both slower than normal and faster than normal breathing with music to take you on a relaxing journey inward. This style of Breathwork will leave you with a sense of calm clarity and deep connection.
- Guided Meditation: With your nervous system deeply relaxed, Victoria will lead a powerful visualization meditation to help you access your most authentic self.
- Connection: time to connect with other like minded people after the session if you feel called to do so.
