New Moon is a time for renewal and letting go of what no longer serves you to embrace positive change <3Join us for our 11th year of inclusive Beach Yoga practices on our hometown beach in Burlington.
This class is geared to all levels including beginners. Our instructor will guide you in a hatha based class that is adaptable. Practicing yoga on the sand instead of an indoor studio is a whole different experience. We will finish our hour class with a special ceremony to help you transcend to new heights.
Our special New Moon practices will be followed with a floating meditation class and you are welcome to register for both events or choose one.
Floating Mediation takes place paddleboards and absolutely no experience is neccesary. A blissful way to end the day with our instructor guiding you while you close your eyes and meld with the water underneath you.
* Please note May and October dates will not have a floating meditaton after.
