We're having so much fun I'm offering a pop up yoga class for the new moon! Balance your mind and body through this 75 minute, beginner friendly Hatha Alignment style yoga class on Stuart Beach with Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Yoga Teacher Lori Lauridsen.This will include practices specifically to clear what is no longer serving you in your mind and body, and call in your deepest desires through movement and guided meditation and followed up with a releasing exercise on the beach.
