As we move into the holiday season, a time that can hold joy, tenderness, overwhelm & deep remembering~we are gathering for a slow, reflective time of renewal and the return of light. We’ll share ceremonial cacao, move gently to open the heart, breathe deeply and settle into stillness together. This evening is an invitation to soften, release stress and reconnect to yourself as we step into longer days.
We’ll begin by preparing and sharing cacao~an ancient heart opening plant traditionally used in ceremony to connect body, mind and spirit. Think of it as a gentle heart softening medicine.
Whether you’re preparing for the holidays, honoring someone you’re missing or simply needing stillness ~you are welcome, exactly as you are. This offering may support you in;
