Lora is an experienced facilitator, hatha yoga teacher, laughter yoga master trainer, reflexologist, event planner, and community builder. With a deep passion for helping people tap into their inner potential, Lora creates spaces for individuals to connect with themselves and others, fostering balance and well-being. Monika Pelz
Monika is a certified vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, and reiki teacher, as well as a certified laughter yoga instructor. She has been hosting a monthly Women's Circle and various wellness retreats, creating sacred spaces for self-exploration and connection. Monika is also passionate about teaching private classes for both adults and teenagers, hosting team-building events, and offering outdoor yoga experiences.
