What to Expect:
• Yin Yoga: This inward going, meditative style of yoga focuses on holding deep stretches for several minutes to target the deeper tissues such as fascia and connective tissues of the body. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, tune in, and create space in the body and mind. During this practice, you'll release physical and emotional tension, preparing yourself to connect with the intentions you want to set during the New Moon phase.
• Sound Bath: As the Yin Yoga practice winds down, you will be enveloped in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound healing instruments. These sound frequencies help shift your brainwaves into a deeply relaxed state, clearing energetic blockages and encouraging inner peace. The sound bath supports emotional release and encourages a sense of balance, making it the perfect complement to your intention-setting practice.
• New Moon Sankalpa: The New Moon is a powerful time for new beginnings, inner reflection, and goal setting. During this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to set your intentions for the month ahead, clarifying your desires and aligning your energy with the lunar cycle. Through the practices of Yin Yoga and the Sound Bath, you’ll be able to access a deeper state of clarity, allowing your intentions to come from a place of stillness and authenticity.
