-Aura Cleanse Stretch (15 min): Gentle stretches combined with mindful breathwork release stagnant energy, open the body, and strengthen your aura — preparing you to fully absorb the tea’s energetic benefits and the sound bath.
-Guided Meditation & Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: Let the healing vibrations soothe your nervous system, release blocks, and bring your energy into harmony.
