About this Event
Becoming a mother is transformative—and it’s okay if it feels overwhelming, confusing, joyful, lonely, or all of the above.
Join us for a weekly in-person support group for new moms, designed to provide a safe, nurturing space to share, connect, and be seen—exactly as you are.
Led by Kelli Cavaliere, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist, local Brooklyn mom, and perinatal mental health expert, this group welcomes new mothers across all experiences and identities. Whether you're navigating the challenges of postpartum adjustment, shifting relationships, identity changes, or the emotional rollercoaster of early parenthood, you're not alone.
This group is:
- 🌿 Supportive – A place to share your truth without judgment
- 🏳️🌈 Inclusive – Open to all birthing parents and non-birthing partners who identify as mothers, regardless of race, gender identity, or sexual orientation
- 🧘♀️ Grounded – Facilitated by a trauma-informed, licensed therapist who centers emotional safety and community care
The cost of this group includes weekly meetings at House of Wonder from September 11 through November 13.
