Take some time out to relax, unwind and be pampered a little yourself at our New Mama Pamper & relaxation sessions. These have a social support element to them, though please be aware that group sizes are smaller than usual and we do ask that families follow any social distancing guidelines that apply at the time of your event.This means that at the present time we are expecting babies from different households will each have their own basket of toys for the duration of the session and will be brought up to the therapy room with you for your massage slot. However this may change if the guidelines on social distancing for under fives change to allow more interaction between households.
£15 per adult, includes a massage and refreshments.
