All fitness Activities take place between 10:30am & 11:30am then cake afterwards!
Suitable for all abilities and lifelong conditions including but not limited to Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Autism, Dementia, and other age related issues, plus Friends, Family, Carers and any other support network.
