South Toms River Recreation is proud to host a New Jersey Property Tax Relief Filing Event Saturday, October 11th, 2025 at our 1 Drake Lane Recreation Center. Doors open at 10am and close at 2pm. This event is open to all property owners and renters, not just those from South Toms River. Filing assistance will be available onsite for filers who qualify for Senior Freeze, Anchor, and Stay New Jersey Property Tax Relief programs. Staffers from the New Jersey Division of Taxation will be on hand to answer all of your property tax questions.
