Create your own paintings inspired by Canadian landscapes, in the style of Emily Carr, Tom Thomson and Peter Doig.About this Event

In the first two sessions we will examine a variety of oil painting techniques using inspiration from our chosen artists. We will explore colour mixing, using thin layers of paint as well as experimenting with a thick, palette knife style.
In the final session we will develop our own composition in response to their styles from our own source material.
