Hey everyone, our next EVENING session date is announced, a holistic approach to creativity: New Inn Community Hall - Creative Expression Session! 🖌✂️📚🖼🎨Please come and join me for a holistic inspired evening of art, creativity and expression at New Inn Community Hall from 7-9pm on Friday 22nd November.
These workshops are a chance for you to connect with like minded people and take some much needed 'you' time.
You will be guided throughout the session with a topic/theme to tap into and express.
We all have the creative energy and spark within us waiting to be tapped into, and by tapping into it and accessing it, you access deeper levels and layers of yourself. Working with that creative spark is a wonderful tool for your ongoing personal and spiritual development.
Creativity doesn't have to be daunting or scary, you don't have to "know" what to do or even have any "skills"
Allowing the simplicity of creating what is trying to be birthed within you at any time is healing. Getting into your body and out of your mind, and allowing whatever needs to flow out to do just that.
There are a range of artist mediums available at each session and they idea is that you come as you are, choose the medium/mediums you want to work with and see what wants to be moved through you with invitation gifted to you to work with that months theme/feeling/question/inner enquiry.
We will have things like water colours, acrylics, collage materials, pens, pencils, pastels and even some oven bake clay and air dry clay should you wish to use your hands more.
You can bring your journal along if you already have a way of working like this, if you don't it could be a wonderful investment for yourself. If now don't worry, we have plenty of paper and canvas boards to work on.
You can create and journey to your inner world in the comfort of other like minded people, with nourishing conversation and plenty of artistic tool options to spark any creative soul voyage.
This holistic approach to creativity is unique and magic, just like you!
