They will start heels courses for both BEGINNERS and INTERMEDIATE levels! 🥰
👉 ABOUT THE HEELS FOUNDATION CLASSES FOR BEGINNERS
In this class, we will work on the technique of dancing on heels. We will focus on balance, posture, your walk and movement on heels and across the floor. Along the classes you will become more confident in your dance and yourself. The classes will include both techniqal exercises and learning choreography while making the movement slow and controlled.
🥵 ABOUT THE HEELS INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
Step into your strength and elegance! In this class, you’ll explore how to move with grace and control while dancing in heels. We’ll focus on building technique, balance, and musicality through choreography, alongside exercises for flexibility, strength, and endurance. The goal is simple: to help you feel confident, powerful, and radiant every time you dance.

Trial classes are on the 8th & 15th of September!

👉 Trial lesson is 10€ (intensive workshop, 1h 30m). The payment is after the workshop.
👉 Two-month dance package costs 119€ (105€ for youth≤26).
This course takes place once a week, with each lesson 1h 30m.
