👠 HEELS FOUNDATION CLASSES FOR BEGINNERS 👠
Ready to feel confident, empowered, and elegant in heels?
In this class, we’ll work on the technique of dancing on heels focusing on your balance, posture, walk, and movement across the floor.
Step by step, you’ll build strength, body awareness, and confidence, not only in your dance, but in yourself.
Each class combines technical exercises with small choreography, designed to help you move with control, grace, and attitude. 💃

👉 Trial lesson is 10€ (intensive workshop, 1h 30m). The payment is after the workshop.
👉 Two-month dance package costs 119€ (105€ for youth≤26).
This course takes place once a week, with each lesson 1h 30m.

► ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Anna creates a welcoming atmosphere where every student feels good and supported. For her, the most important thing is the feeling you leave the class with. She values strong foundations and technically beautiful movement, while also encouraging each dancer to feel unique, confident, and special in their own style.

❤️ Bring your clean indoor shoes, comfortable clothes and your preferred drink (for example water)
👠 About heels: If you don't have special dancing heels, don't worry! You can still come to trial class even without having a pair yet!
👠 Heels recommendations: Best option would be closed (but open toed) heels without platform, ideally with straps. For beginners we recommend around 7-9cm height heels. If you want special dance heels, we recommend checking to Deesse store in Tallinn or ordering from Joheela e-store.
👠 Knee protections are not necessary in first trial trainings.
