The Master Class will be a hands-on class (you make everything with your own hands, including dough, sauce, balling, etc.). Additionally, we will go over an online dough calculator so you can infinitely scale dough ball size and volume. Laptop/iPad or equivalent is required. $250 per student limit to 10 students.
