There is so much to do right at your fingertips. You can enjoy a trolly ride, walk the freedom trail, visit the museum, shop, eat & take in all this beautiful place has to offer! This is definitely fun for all ages! Don’t forget the Boat rides, Tours and aquarium!

🚌 The Luxury Motor Coach Bus provided by Hale Transportation is fully equipped with Electrical outlets, dvd players/screens, a bathroom & it even has WiFi!!! This bus is also fully insured. These are newer buses with roomy seats- don't be crunched on a bus that crams too many seats together. Enjoy your trip comfortably!
⏰ We will load at Home Depot on French Rd New Hartford at 6:00 and depart promptly at 6:30am. Arriving approximately 11:30am in Quincy Market. We will then enjoy Approx 8.5 hours of free time in Boston. Departure will be at approx 8:00pm arriving back in Utica around 1am.
(We will have a pick up at the Old JCPenny in Rome *IF* we have atleast 10 people paid for seats who need a pickup there)
💰 Cost is $105 per person per seat. Per Company guidelines, every passenger riding must be in a seat. "If it has a heartbeat -it needs a seat"
👜 You may leave your items on the bus. However, they will not be accessile throughout the day as the bus is parked and locked away from where we are dropped off. Mandi Lynn Events nor the bus company will be liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.
🎟️ Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Payments can be made via check, and at pal, cash app, Venmo, and zelle. Once paid you will receive an email confirmation & itinerary that serves as your seat reservation.
❌ There are no assigned seats on the bus. Please arrive early to help ensure that your party can sit together. If someone does not show up in your party, those seats will not be held. The seat that you ride up in will be the same seat that you ride back in. Seat deposits are available. Please reach out via message or email.
📢There will be absolutely no refunds once payment is made. There are no exceptions. You seat is transferable, and you are able to gift or sell the seat.
❤️This is a family friendly event, all ages are welcome. Mandi Lynn Events, staff and the bus company have the right to remove any unruly individuals from the bus.
