About the Instructor & New Frequency
Leon Martin is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Being passionate about wellness Leon is also a registered Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) & is a current student of Ayurvedic diet & practices.
New Frequency LLC is truly an all inclusive health and wellness start up created by Leon Martin (he/him/human/cape verdean) for all people & gender in the space of Fitness, Yoga & Mediation in Minneapolis MN. New Frequency is all about Intrinsic expansion by extrinsic elasticity to raise and radiate love & tranquility.
Leon has traveled the world with a love of fitness, yoga, spirituality, oneness & photography. Furthermore, studying & frequenting yoga & running half marathons in every place he’s visited. Being both a Pilot, Dj & artist creative, its Leons personal belief that “good health, gratitude, focus & consistency make everything possible”.
New Frequency is only getting started with intensions to help everyone level up, beginner or advanced. We aim to raise awareness in Mediation, yoga, & fitness by creating inclusive events with dynamic instructors from all paths who are passionate about the benefits raising personal frequency.
