Beginning on March 1, ALL residential transfers of real property to an entity or a trust that are nonfinanced must be reported to FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network).
Realtors can enjoy a complimentary lunch while learning what will need to be reported and what needs to be communicated to their clients regarding this new rule in order for transactions to close smoothly.
