As always, this event is open to all trainees (not just February Starters), and it would be lovely to see some higher trainees out too. Friends/partners etc also very welcome to join.
For those on-call in the evening, you can also join us after the meal, so I will send out some more info nearer the time.
FINALLY, this is also a great chance for those who haven’t, to sign up to become a JDC member. I can assure you you’ll get your money’s worth and would encourage you to sign up ASAP. All socials are heavily discounted for JDC members so it’s well worth it! It also supports local reps in getting food and drink available for our doctor’s messes, and gives you access to the monthly JDC film club (with free pizza!)
To join, please fill out the top part of the attached form with your name and details, you don't need your payroll number to fill it out, payroll will fill this in themselves. They will deduct £7 per month from your payslip. Please fill out this form and email it ASAP to our JDC Treasurer [email protected] who will then send it to payroll.
NB: If you are joining SLAM from Oxleas, or vice versa, sadly you will need to fill this form out again, even if you were a JDC member last year, due to separate payroll departments.
