In this class our Chef will help you to familiarize yourself with some of the flavor combinations and techniques that are widely used when cooking fresh seafood dishes. Preparing fish at home can be intimidating at first, so our Chef has chosen classic recipes characterized by simple cooking methods and accessible ingredients to set you up for success! Chef will also talk about handling, storing, degrees of doneness, and cooking seafood properly using tried and true methods. We will be preparing some simple yet elegantly delicious seafood dishes using classic ingredients such as fresh herbs, olive oil, citrus, and spices to build delicious flavor profiles.
