The ABA is a men’s professional basketball league initially formed in partnership with the NBA. It is America’s largest pro league with over 130 teams in the US. ABA teams provide excellent opportunities for players seeking to advance their professional careers. Notable ABA players of the past include Rick Barry, Moses Malone, Dr J (Julius Irving), George Gervin and many others. The ABA season consists of 20 games and runs from October through April (including playoffs)
