Indigo Collective is a jazz trio made of vocalist ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐, guitarist ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ ๐ข๐ซ๐ฆ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ง๐, and a double bassist ๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ข๐. Sydney-born but with di๏ฌerent multicultural backgrounds (French, Spanish, Filipino), Pona, Tapia and Firmstone met during their jazz performance studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. They began collaborating through their passion for jazz and a shared drive to succeed in a male-dominated jazz scene. Indigo Collective have been performing regularly since 2024, and most recently played at SIMA International Women's Jazz Festival 2025, Kiama Jazz and Blues Festival 2025, and as part of The Womenโs Clubโs Women in Music Series.
