Join us for a truly unique experience featuring four exceptional vintages of sardines from the renowned French brand La Perle des Dieux, with vintage sardines from 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022. La Perle are known for their rich history and expertise, and have been perfecting the art of sardine preservation in the fishing port of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie since 1887.These vintages, preserved in olive oil, are highly prized for their ability to age gracefully—becoming smoother over time, up to 10 years.
We will first explore the nuances of each year, sampling the sardines to identify the differences between the vintages.
Following the tasting, each vintage will be crafted into a dish and paired with a matching wine.
