Instructor Julie Parisi will lead a hands-on class all about fresh pasta. Class attendees will learn how to make the pasta dough from scratch. We will use a stand mixer attachment to roll out the dough and make different shapes by hand. Students are encouraged to bring reusable containers to bring their work home.Friday, Aug. 23: SOLD OUT
