WOAR - Philadelphia Center Against Sexual Violence invites you to join us for our inaugural VIRTUAL Sing Out Loud 2021 – Singing for Survival concert fundraiser.
Enjoy a family friendly evening from your home with performances by the Sing Out Loud Chorale exhibiting a unified, powerful voice through the silence surrounding the issue of sexual violence. Our chorale will be comprised of survivors, friends, community advocates, and partners who will use their hearts and voices in support of Philadelphia's ONLY rape crisis center.
Our singers will be led by local, musical sensation and Barnes Foundation Deputy Director of Audience Engagement & Chief Experience Officer, Valerie Gay.
This year's Sing Out Loud award recipients continue to inspire our Philadelphia community.
Gender Justice Fund whose mission is to end the political and economic inequalities facing women and girls in Greater Philadelphia.
Women's Way whose mission is to advance gender equity for all women and girls.
The evening will feature:
VIRTUAL Pre-Event Networking*** on ZOOM starting at 5:30PM with Di Bruno Bros. charcuterie and special WOAR swag for VIP ticket holders (special guests & special performance by Sing Out Loud Chorale)
VIRTUAL Concert on WOAR's Facebook and YouTube by our strongest supporters singing top hits and inspirational tunes
VIRTUAL Survivor Message from a special member of our #WOARRIOR community
VIRTUAL Awards Ceremony for this year's Sing Out Loud award recipients Gender Justice Fund & Women's Way who support our tireless work
Sing Out Loud 2021 – Singing for Survival will take place on Thursday, April 22, 2021 VIRTUALLY. This is fundraiser will raise funds for our free, critical programs & services to all victims and survivors of sexual violence. ***The DiBruno Bros. charcuterie board + WOAR swag will need to be picked up at our office (One Penn Center, 1617 JFK Boulevard, Suite 800. Philadelphia, PA 19103).
