Dear WOMAN* This event is an invitation to celebrate YOU, whomever you are and however you feel. So that you can find freedom within, move, break and bend out of the straight lines. To honor everything that is you, the highs and the lows, and connect in authenticity to what is present right now. As we move further into Summer, we invite you to move with the energy of this season and allow yourself to Bloom and take up space. Let go of judgments, of expectations and lean in to the support of other women. Move with what is.
PROGRAM:
-Ceremonial cacao
-Meditation and sharing
-Dance and movement exploration
-Partnering
To be able to feel the effect of the cacao, we recommend you to eat light in the morning and avoid drinking coffee. We won’t have a break, but bring some snacks to eat during or after. Also, bring a water bottle and your favourite cup.
ABOUT THE FACILITATORS The workshop is facilitated by Malou and Janni, both are teachers at Rört in Dance, Yoga and Shake the dust, and share a passion for movement, growth, freedom and womanhood.
WHAT TO BRING: -A cup for cacao -Water bottle and anything else you might need.
