Create your own bliss bubble at home over this special weekend! Join Pragyadhara for a 1 or 2 day retreat online. Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 December will teach you the foundations of meditation and leave you with practical take aways for these chaotic times.
Especially when you struggle with a monkey mind and find it almost impossible to sit in silence, this weekend will be beneficial for you! Meditation does not mean to have a calm mind – in truth, it often means the opposite: to meet the troubled mind.
Sannyasi Pragyadhara is an experienced Senior Lead Trainer on our Yoga Teacher training courses and will make this weekend accessible for everyone. You will explore different forms of meditation and create direct links to lifestyle. This retreat is CE accredited with Yoga Alliance U.S.
This retreat is equally suitable for beginners & advanced practitioners. Sannyasi Pragyadhara is a Continuing Education Provider (CEP) with Yoga Alliance U.S. Registered Yoga Teachers can log the hours in their profile.
The Meditation Retreat with Sannyasi Pragyadhara will cover:
- Dynamic forms of meditation
- Deep relaxation with Yoga nidra (lying meditation)
- Lifestyle integration; how to embody yogic routines & rituals
Retreat guest will take home:
- Audio files for self-practice
- Links to resources & further inspiration
- Connection with a yogic community (Sangha)
You will receive a welcome booklet after purchasing your ticket with some simple healthy food recipes to boost your retreat from home! Share your ticket with a friend and you both get to attend one day of the retreat!
RETREAT SCHEDULE - Customise the schedule according to your needs.
The retreat starts on Saturday morning at 8am and ends on Sunday afternoon at 5 pm. Create your own bliss bubble from home and connect in via Zoom! The evening programme on Saturday is offline and optional.
