About the facilitator:
Nat from Biological Farming & Gardening is driven by the understanding that healthy soil = healthy plants = healthy people. She works with organic farmers to improve soil health to increase produce flavour, yield and quality, while increasing natural resistance to pests and adverse weather events. She works at Jeffries composters as a lab technician and teaches students how to have a thriving food production garden. Nat has a keen interest in the connections between the human, plant and soil microbiomes.
