About this Event
The course is based on our hot off the press study of how and why successful innovation leaders are able to not just innovate products and services, but also change the ways companies work and think.
The insights are not just inspiring for traditional leaders and managers from larger companies, but every professional seeking to better understand and boost their capabilities in leading change, innovation, and creative staff.
What you’ll learn:
- Better understand dilemmas, paradoxes, and uncertainties when leading innovation in complex organizations or ecosystems
- Uncover insights and strengthen your knowledge of innovation, design, and working towards the unknown
- The vocabulary to understand the roles you, and your team play, and why you play them
- How to deal with the unique dynamics of power, mandates, influence, and engagement in the context of highly complex innovation projects
The course is part of our popular capacity-building program, designed to match the needs we see with the people we work with, and the needs we see internally with our own staff. That means you’ll be learning alongside the sharp minds of DDC, bringing insights from all our activities, programs, and network to the table.
