New Community’s Youth Services Department will host its annual Halloween Party on Saturday, Oct. 25 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the NCC Neighborhood Center, 56-68 Hayes St., Newark.Families will enjoy music, games, refreshments, a costume contest, prizes and a haunted classroom.
