Our next New Chamber Theatre staged reading is "The Amazing Lemonade Girl," by James DeVita, inspired by the life of Alexandra Flynn Scott.Alex has a story to tell—about her life and her legacy, her humor and her heart. She is an 8-year-old girl who is fiercely determined to make a difference and help others despite the challenges she faces amidst her own cancer journey. This true story reminds us all that a single person can change the world—one act, or even one cup, at a time.
Directed by Jim Ramos.
Cast includes: Hannah Kirby as Alex, Maribeth Murphy, Peter Blum, Madeline Heineken, Frankie Anguiano, and Lesley Ayala as Ensemble.
