Alumni will be joining Day 4 of the Data Vault CDPV2® Boot Camp class to participate in learning Data Vault's Agile Teaming and Modeling Ways of Working (WoW) and Ways of Thinking (WoT), alongside participants of the CDVP2.1 full course.
What You Will Learn in Agile Data Warehousing
- Identify the roles on an agile data warehousing team
- Discover how to organize and lead an agile data warehousing team
- Understand practical strategies for overcoming common challenges on agile data warehousing teams
- Learn an effective way of working (WoW) for your team, combining agile, lean, and traditional strategies to do so

- Learn how to write question stories, a form of user story that is tailored for DW development
- Explore DataOps practices and see how to apply them in practice
- Discover how to successfully deliver the first release of your DW solution
- Learn how to adopt a continuous delivery approach for subsequent releases
- Learn how lean governance, including data governance, strategies are required for Agile DW teams to succeed

This Workshop DOES NOT include Days 1-3 or the CDVP2.1 exam.

Data Vault Agile Teaming and Modeling Workshop
As we launch our new CDVP2.1 course, DataRebels' is collaborating with Scott Ambler to introduce and deliver a new workshop format. We consider the Workshop to be the Capstone of the course where students are able to apply agile Ways of Working (WoW), Agile Ways of Thinking (WoT), and development skills that have been discussed throughout the course.
For CDVP2.0 Alumni who are joining us for this One Day workshop, Scott will be walking through a consolidated version of his Agile Data Warehousing: A Disciplined Hybrid Method which has be merged with the Data Vault 2.1 student workshop.

Cancellation Policy
All student cancellations must be processed through the online enrollment system.
Students who cancel their enrollment 21 or more business days prior to the start of the scheduled training course and who have not been given access to the Self-Paced, On-line Prerequisite Introductory Videos will be offered enrollment in a future session of the course or a full refund of their tuition, minus any processing fees.
Students who cancel enrollment more than 14, but less than 21 days prior to the start of the class, and who have not been given access to the Self-Paced, On-line Prerequisite Introductory Videos will be offered enrollment in a future session of the course or a refund of 50% of their tuition, minus processing fees.
No refunds will be available to students who (a) cancel their enrollment within 14 days of the start of class, or (b) have already been given access to the Self-Paced, On-line Prerequisite Introductory Videos , or (c) have had the course materials shipped for which DataRebels has a Bill of Shipping, or (d) have had access to download the course material .pdf files, or (e) who do not attend the class.
For online or virtual classes, refunds will not be issued due to technical failures or the student's equipment failures. Students may negotiate with DataRebels to reschedule for a class at a later date should technical or equipment failures cause the student to not be able to access and participate in the course.
Classes may be canceled at DataRebel’s discretion due to inclement weather, insufficient student enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. DataRebels will make every effort to cancel classes 21 or more days prior to the scheduled start date.
In the event that DataRebels cancels a scheduled class, students will be offered a full refund of their tuition or enrollment in another scheduled session of the class as long as they have not accessed the Self-Paced, On-line Prerequisite Introductory Videos .
DataRebels is not liable for travel expenses incurred due to canceled or rescheduled classes.
