Filled with riot and deviant rock and roll with melodic distortions, New Candys have established themselves as one of the most exciting bands to emerge from Italy in recent years.
Their music can be described as a skillfully painted artwork that changes depending on one's perspective - desert, city, ocean, three at night or two in the afternoon. They manage to captivate the listener, travelling through their own worlds, as the surreal symbols of their home city of Venice gently but uncompromisingly emerge.
The band has gathered a following across Europe, North America and Australia through their live performances and festival appearances including: SXSW, Treefort Music Fest, Psycho Las Vegas, Levitation France, Fuzz Club Eindhoven, Liverpool Psych Fest, headlining the Sydney and Melbourne Psych Fests as well as having live sessions for KEXP and Jam In The Van.
