The incoming class of Cadets will be attending their orientation on Friday August 22. The Alumni Association will again sponsor a lunch for the new Cadets on that day. We are looking for a couple more Engineer and Deck graduates to attend this lunch, where we are available to take questions from the Cadets about anything they have on their minds. You won’t have to answer questions about curriculum or requirements, but just be available to help calm their nerves, let them see that people have and can make a career out of sailing, and speak about lifestyle and expectations about this career path they have chosen.If you can attend, plan to show up around 1145 at the Academy on the 22nd.
