🥾 ABOUT THE WALK 🥾
f you have not visited Bancroft Park or the ruins of Bradwell Abbey then you are in for a treat on this delightful walk. Spot the gigantic dragonfly, walk along the river and up and over the bridge. You will see the remains of an old castle and a scary monk! This walk includes an extension of Lodge Lake.

Please arrive by 6.15 pm we will set off at 6.30 pm sharp. If this is your first walk then please seek out the walk leader who will be wearing a red walk leader badge.
🐶 DOG FRIENDLY? Yes, this is a dog friendly walk.

- Good trainers or walking shoes (and other clothes of course!).
- A drink.
⛑ RULES TO KEEP YOU SAFE :
- We walk in all weathers, however, if we have a weather warning then the event may be cancelled. You will be notified by email, but we will also update the Facebook event if we need to cancel a walk.
- We will only ever walk in groups of 15 or less. If we have more than 15, we will have two walk leaders and walk in opposite directions.
- Sweets at the halfway stage - dip in for your free sweets. If we have furry friends, then we also have "treats" at the halfway stage.
