Discover the art of balance in this engaging one-hour class that introduces the fundamentals of circus balancing acts. Suitable for all levels, this class explores a range of skills—from simple headstands and partner balances to more dynamic feats inspired by tightrope walking and unicycling (no prior experience needed), rolla bolla and walking globe. Build strength, coordination, and body awareness while learning the techniques and artistry behind classic circus balance routines. A fun and challenging way to connect with your body and elevate your circus practice! Ages 7+.
