The chef talks about the ingredients the cooking methods the sourcing and of course we eat. A four course tasting featuring the following menu

Stir Fried Balinese Prawns With spinach
Thai Beef and Herb Salad With soy sauce, ginger, herbs and tomatoes
Lemongrass Chicken Skewers With lime vietnamese dipping sauce

No seats can be held. Once booked all classes are final no refunds permitted. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes.
